1. General Terms

1.1. Ambassador Chauffeur provides luxury chauffeur services for weddings, events, airport transfers, and other private bookings in London and surrounding areas.
1.2. By using our service, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. A valid payment method is required to complete your booking.
2.2. All bookings must be made in advance, with a minimum notice period of 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
2.3. Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund.
3.2. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service cost.
3.3. No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations on the day of the service.

4. Vehicle and Chauffeur

4.1. All vehicles provided by Ambassador Chauffeur are well-maintained, licensed, and insured for private hire.
4.2. Chauffeurs are experienced professionals who will ensure your journey is safe and comfortable. They will arrive at the pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time.
4.3. Ambassador Chauffeur reserves the right to provide a different vehicle of equal or greater value if the requested vehicle is unavailable.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the number of passengers does not exceed the vehicle’s seating capacity.
5.2. Alcoholic beverages may be consumed in the vehicle, provided that it is permitted by local laws.
5.3. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
5.4. Any damage to the vehicle caused by clients will result in additional charges.

6. Liability

6.1. Ambassador Chauffeur is not liable for any delay caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, traffic, accidents, or any other events beyond our control.
6.2. We will make every effort to arrive on time; however, delays may occur in exceptional situations.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

7.1. All personal data provided to Ambassador Chauffeur will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.
7.2. We may collect personal information to process your bookings, payments, and to improve your experience with our services.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
